Depending on the train, different travel classes may be available on this route. First AC (1A) offers private lockable cabins — the most premium option. Second AC (2A) has 4-berth bays with curtains and air conditioning. Third AC (3A) is the most popular AC class with 6-berth bays. For Tatkal tickets (short notice booking at a premium), Tatkal quota opens 1 day before departure at 10:00 AM for AC classes and 11:00 AM for non-AC classes.
